Another brilliant piece. Thank you. Quick response. A guardian of the future, I have been walking across many mountains that I call home at sunrise listening to the needs of the forest. In an ongoing conversation with several very old Oak Trees, the threat of development lingers for these ancient ones, but as The Old World purifies, we keep greed at bay.
Inspired by your take on Nature's Principles, I am doing my part simply by residing in the center of these different locations. I recently contact with a Signal Pine Tree. Walking up the mountain where development continues to get delayed is promising. I join you in using the imagination as a powerful resource to call upon. This will amplify purpose.
I am grateful to learn about Viktor Schauberger and will metabolize these insights and perhaps dive deeper into his work.
Thank you for your engagement, at all levels. I hear you, the future of the old woods is not yet secured. What you are doing, walking in.the mountains and listening to the forest is reconnecting invisible pathways, within you and therefore with all of Nature. Although it is hard to measure the impact of this, either locally or within the bigger picture, you are awakening the dormant powers that enable Nature to protect herself. It is valuable and pioneering 'work' - it can feel uncertain because we are in new territory. It's exciting too - no magic in the comfort zone! I liked this video about Viktor Schauberger. He was also a dreamer, able to expand his consciousness into the rivers, winds and trees: https://youtu.be/yXPrLGUGZsw
Pioneering work! You are right on. No magic in the comfort zone indeed. In Permaculture they say, "if you're not living on the edge you're taking up too much space." My whole being gravitates to the edge. I've been in this dance with nature since I was a child. It only gets more rich. I can be in a forest for a walk when my body leads me to edibles. Beyond exciting! Took a couple days to watch segments of the video link you sent. Profound, thank you. So much water surrounding me. I spend a lot of time in it, especially with the warm season coming on. The waterfalls around her are to live for. I like what he said about working with nature; comprehend, copy and cooperate. We could add, purify! So much gratitude for this connection.
